Das Haus befindet sich in Jena Ost an der Tautenburger Straße. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, mit Geschäften, Supermärkten und einem Fitnessstudio in der Nähe. Es ist ein 20-minütiger Spaziergang entlang des Flusses zum Stadtzentrum und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und die Gemeinschaftsräume (64m2) sind neu und komfortabel eingerichtet und gestrichen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank und anderen Geräten (Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Kitchenaid, Airfyer ect). Sowohl das Bad als auch die Küche sind renoviert. Es gibt auch eine neue Waschmaschine und einen Platz zum Trocknen Ihrer Kleidung in einem beheizten Raum außerhalb der Wohnung und im Garten, wenn es sonnig ist. Schließlich gibt es noch einen Keller für die Lagerung.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juni zu vermieten (nur fur 1 Persone), kann aber bei Bedarf auch schon etwas früher bezogen werden. Außerdem ist das Zimmer 12m2 groß und mit einem 2-Personen-Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und hochwertigen Sonnenschutzvorhängen ausgestattet. Die Miete beträgt alles (die Nutzung der Einrichtung, Gas, Wasser, Strom, Wifi, und Steuern).
Ich werde die einzige Mitbewohnerin sein. Ich bin in meinem zweiten Jahr meines PhD und wie zu trainieren, kochen und Netflix während der Wochentage zu sehen. Ich würde gerne eingeladen, die interessierten Menschen, um den Ort in Person zu sehen und einen Chat zu haben, wenn wir vibe :).

The house is located in Jena East at the Tautenburger Strasse. It a very quiet neighbourhood, with shops, supermarkets, and a gym close by. It’s a 20 min walk along the river to the city center and a tram stop is also close by. The apartment is quite big and the common areas (64m2) are newly and comfortably furnished and painted. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge and others (coffee machine, oven, kitchenaid, airfyer ect). Both the bathroom and kitchen are renovated. There is also a new washing machine and a place to dry your clothes in a heated room outside the apartment and in the garden when it’s sunny. Lastly there is a cellar for storage.
The room for rent is availably from 1 of June (only for 1 person), but can move in a bit earlier if needed. Moreover, the room is 12m2 and furnished with a 2 pers. bed, closet, desk, deskchair, and quality sunblocking curtains. The rent will be includes everything (the usage of the furnishment, gas, water, electricity, Wifi, and taxes).
I will be the only roommate. I’m in my second year of my PhD and like to work out, cook and watch Netflix during the weekdays. I would like to invited who are interested people to view the place in person and to have a chat if we vibe :).
