Die Wohnung befindet sich in Jena-Ost in der Maurerstraße und ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sofort bezugsbereit. Bis ins Zentrum brauchst du nur 5 min zu Fuß oder du fährst zwei Stationen bis Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß und hat zusätzlich einen Balkon von 12 m2. Es ist sehr hell, da es zwei große bis zum Boden reichendes Fenster zum Balkon besitzt. Der Fußboden besteht aus Holzdielen. (Fotos). Du wohnst zusammen mit Paul, ein Schüler der gerade Abi macht, und Steffen, Physiker am Beutenberg. Beide sind sehr nett, aber hier macht jeder eher so seins. Das Bad ist zwar nicht das größte aber top in Ordnung, genauso wie die Küche.(Foto) Ein Keller und Fahrradständer sind vorhanden.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 190 Euro inklusive Strom und TV + 15 Euro Internet. Bei Einzug muss eine Kaution von zwei Monatsmieten, also 380 Euro beim Vermieter hinterlegt werden. Meine Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden, Preis ist verhandelbar.
