Das Zimmer, um das es hier geht, ist gut zugeschnitten, zur Hofseite hinaus gelegen und daher schön ruhig. Seine südliche Ausrichtung sorgt für genügend Sonne und Blicke auf die Gartenarbeiten der Nachbarn.
Die dazugehörige Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön, Küche und Bad allerdings sind sehr kompakt geraten. Dafür entschädigen der herrliche Balkon und die mechanische Klingel an der historischen Wohungstüre.
The room in question is well partitioned, with a window heading south and looking over the calm green backyard. Our flat is small but very cosy, with a splendid balcony and a very nostalgic flat door.
Die WG ist im schönen Jena-Ost, unweit der Schillerkirche und dem Kino Schillerhof gelegen. Zu Fuß benötigt man etwa 15 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum, die Haltestellen für Bus und Straßenbahn sind ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, in der Nähe der WG befinden sich zwei Supermärkte. Die Saale, der Jenzig und das Grün zwischen Jena-Ost und Kunitz sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Our flat is located in the district of Jena-Ost, next to the late medieval half-finished lovely Schillerkirche and the Schillerhof cinema. The city centre is a 15 min walk from away from our flat, a tram and bus stop is located nearby, as are two supermarkets. The Saale river, the Jenzig Hills and the Kunitz meadows are but a 5 min walk from our door.
Wir, Julia und Marco, die Soziologie und Geschichte im Master studieren, freuen uns auf eine neue, frische Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner. Zur Zeit renovieren wir Küche und Bad, und hoffen, dadurch einen freundlichen Ort für ein entspanntes und schönes Alltags-Wg-Leben, fürs Kochen und Essen zu basteln.
Julia and Marco, two eager master students of sociology and history, are looking forward to living together with a great interim (anglophone) flatmate in our small yet very cosy flat in lovely Schlippenstraße. As we are currently renovating the flat, especially the kitchen and the bathroom, we hope to host you in a place where everyday life, cooking and eating will be a good and lovely experience. International students are very welcome!
