Hallo liebe Suchenden,
ich biete euch hier ein schönes 13qm Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten in einer entspannten 3er WG in Jena Ost. Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen sanierten Altbau. Zur Wohnung gibts W-Lan, ein Keller und Waschmaschinen zum mitbenutzen, sowie den Garten der zum Grillen im Sommer einlädt.
Von der Wohnung ist man in 30 Sekunden an der Bahnhaltestelle "Ostschule" der Linie 3 und in 10 min in der Uni. Meinen LieblingsEDEKA gibts 2 min um die Ecke. Ansonsten ist die Lage in Jena Ost top: Kino-Schillerhof, Camsdorfer-Saaleufer und natürlich das Ostbad für den Sommer sind keinen Steinwurf entfernt.
Wir sind eine sehr nette und entspannte WG. Der eine Mitbewohner ist berufstätig am Klinikum und der andere promoviert an der Uni.
Kommt einfach mal vorbei und seht euch mal die Wohnung an.
