Zur Vermietung steht ein helles 11 qm großes Zimmer mit großem Fenster in unserer 4er WG mit großer Küche.
Ansonsten haben wir eigentlich alles, was sich im täglichen Leben als nützlich herausgestellt hat (Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Dusche und Badewanne, Wasserkocher/Toaster/Kaffeemaschine) und natürlich gibt es auch fließend Wasser, Strom, Internet (DSL) und TV.
Es steht eine trockene Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder zur Verfügung und einen Parkplatz in der näheren Umgebung findet man eigentlich auch immer.
Ich lasse auch mein Möbel (ein Bett mit Matratze, ein Bücherregal,großer Kleiderschrank und einen Spiegel) und es kostet 150 euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Jena Ost in der Nähe der Saale in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß braucht man nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt und wenn man mal keine Lust auf laufen hat sind es nur ca. 2 Minuten bis zur Haltestelle Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. Ebenfalls in erlaufbarer Nähe befinden sich Netto, Edeka und die Schillerpassage.
Wir wollen am 24.03 und 25.03, von 17:30 bis 19:00 Uhr die meisten Castings machen, schreibt uns am besten, wenn ihr in dem Zeitraum vorhabt WGs anzugucken.
