Hey!
Da ich den kompletten März und Anfang April nicht in Jena sein werde, ist mein Zimmer solange frei und kann gerne zur Zwischenmiete bewohnt werden.
Das Zimmer liegt in einer 3er-WG, meine Mitbewohner*innen werden im März zumindest teilweise auch da sein. Es hat 17 qm Bodenfläche, 12 qm wenn man die Dachschräge miteinbezieht und ist möbliert, persönliche Sachen werde ich aber wegräumen, sodass du Platz für deine Dinge hast.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in Wenigenjena (Jena Ost), in der Nähe der Saale, die nächste Bus/Straßenbahn Station ist ca. 4 min entfernt, ins Zentrum zu Fuß sind es so 15 min oder 5 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Küche und Bad nutzen wir gemeinsam in der WG. Ansonsten, haben wir einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Hof und eine Waschmaschine.
