Ab dem 01.12. ziehe ich aus meinem sehr gemütlichen Zimmer weiter nach Weimar!
Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken und ein sehr großes Fenster, durch das Morgens und Mittags das Sonnenlicht fällt. Es ist nahezu quadratisch geschnitten und verfügt neben einer normalen auch über eine Fußbodenheizung.
Momentan ist noch eine Wand blau gestrichen, was übernommen werden kann.
Küche und Flur haben türkis-weiße Kacheln, was ganz nett aussieht. Die Türen sind noch aus Echtholz, was die ganze Wohnung sehr gemütlich macht. Es gibt auch einen Keller zur Wohnung, in dem Dinge gelagert werden können. Im Flur des Hauses ist Platz für Fahrräder.
On Dec 1, I'll move out of my cozy room to Weimar! The room has a high ceiling, a large window, and sunlight in the morning and noon. It's almost quadratic and has a normal and a floor heating.
One of the walls is painted blue, and could be taken over as is.
Kitchen and hallway have turquiose-white tiles, which looks really nice. The apartment has old, wooden doors, which make the place cozy. A basement belongs to the apartment. Space for bicycles is in the hallway of the house.
Die Wohnung liegt in Jena-Ost direkt neben der Haltestelle "Geschwister-Scholl-Straße", von wo aus Straßenbahnen und Busse in die Innenstadt fahren. In der Nähe befinden sich fußläufig ein Edeka und Netto (ca. 10 Min.). Ganz nah sind ein Dönerladen und ein Asia-Imbiss. In fünf Minuten ist man Wenigenjenaer Ufer, das sich bestens zum Entspannen, Freunde treffen und Grillen eignet. Nahe der Wohnung ist auch ein Kinderspielplatz mit zwei Tischtennisplatten und das Programmkino "Schillerhof".
The apartment is located in Jena-Ost, directly at the bus/tram stop "Geschwister-Scholl-Straße". In walking distance you have an Edeka and a Netto (ca. 10 min). Nearby there's a kebap and an asia snack place. It's 5 minutes walking distance to the Wenigenjenaer Ufer (river bank of the Saale), which is really great for relaxing, meeting friends and having barbecues. There is a playground with table tennis tables close-by, as is the repertory cinema "Schillerhof".
Im Dezember (und wahlweise Anfang Januar) ist noch mein Mitbewohner da, mit dem ich ein sehr schönes WG-Leben hatte! Wir haben gerne zusammen gekocht und gefrühstückt, die ein oder andere Party zusammen gefeiert (auch in der WG), aber nicht exzessiv^^ und gerne über alles mögliche geredet und diskutiert.
In December (and if convenient in the beginning of January), my flatmate will be there, with whom I had a great time there. We liked cooking and having breakfast together, had a small party every once in a while, and liked talking about the world and everything.
Mein Mitbewohner zieht Ende Dezember oder Anfang Januar 2019 wegen einer Arbeitsstelle aus (er kann sich ein wenig nach seinem Nachfolger richten). Daher bietet sich die Wohnung an, um eine WG neu zu gründen, alleine zu wohnen, auch als Pärchen-Wohnung ist sie sehr gut geeignet. Die Küchenzeile nehme ich mit, aber Ersatz ist bereits da. Einrichtung in Küche und Bad kann für einen kleinen Betrag übernommen werden (ist nichts Neuwertiges dabei was viel gekostet hat).
Das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners hat 12 m², die Miete dafür beträgt 302€ (die ganze Wohnung kostet also 646€ mit allem).
My flatmate will move out at the end of December or beginning of January because of a new job (the move-out date is flexible). Therefore, you can found a new shared flat, live by yourself, or as a couple. I'll take the kitchenette, a replacement is already in the basement. Furniture in kitchen and bathroom can be taken over for a small price (there's nothing new that cost a lot).
My flatmate's room has 12 m² and costs 302€ all included (so the whole apartment is 646€ everything included).
