Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Nach Beendigung meines Studiums werde ich Jena Anfang Juni verlassen, deshalb wird mein kleines, gemütliches WG-Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist circa 12 Quadratmeter groß, ist in etwa quadratisch geschnitten und hat einen eigenen Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon, der quasi mit an die Küche grenzt.
Es geht in Richtung Hinterhof, sodass es meist relativ ruhig ist und man nicht von Verkehrslärm betroffen ist.
Und trotzdem einen schönen Blick ins Grüne hat.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im schnuckligen Jena Ost. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind an der Haltestelle Schlippenstraße innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus ist man mit der Bahn/ dem Bus innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Apotheken sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Als einen großen Vorteil sehe ich die Nähe zur Natur, sodass man gerade im Frühjahr/ Sommer gut an der Saale entspannen oder auf einen der Nahen Berge spazieren kann.
Wir sind eine entspannte WG, die sich selbst nicht als Zweck-Gemeinschaft sieht, sodass sich meine Mitbewohner sehr über einen aufgeschlossenen, freundlichen neuen Mitbewohner freuen würden.
Das wären übrigens Alexandra, die gerade mit ihrem Master fertig geworden ist, Avtho, der seinen Doktor in Rechtswissenschaften machen will und Khai, die einen PhD in Geowissenschaften anfangen wird.
Unsere Räumlichkeiten sind zwar etwas kleiner, allerdings verbringen wir trotzdem gern den ein oder anderen WG-Abend in der Küche oder trinken morgens mal entspannt ein Käffchen.
Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Putzplan und teilen die Kosten für Alltagsgegenstände.
Verträge werden ebenfalls aufgeteilt, da ich bisher der Stromvertrag übernommen hatte, müsste ihr dann zusammen überlegen, wer diesen übernehmen mag.

Hello dear apartment seekers,
After completing my studies, I will leave Jena at the beginning of June, so my small, cozy room in a shared flat will be free.
The room is about 12 square meters and has its own access to a small balcony.
It goes in the direction of the backyard, so it is usually relatively quiet and you are not affected by traffic noise.
Our apartment is located in the cute Jena East. Public transport can be reached within 2-3 minutes on foot at the Schlippenstrasse stop. From there you can reach the city center by train/bus within a few minutes.
Shops and pharmacies are within walking distance.
I see the proximity to nature as a huge advantage, so that you can relax on the Saale or take a walk on one of the nearby mountains, especially in spring/summer.
We are a relaxed shared flat that does not see itself as a community of purpose, so my roommates would be very happy to have an open-minded, friendly new roommate.
Our rooms are a bit smaller, but we still like to spend one or the other evening in the shared flat in the kitchen or have a relaxed drink in the morning.
We have a common cleaning schedule and share the cost of everyday items.
