Da ich im Februar umziehe, möchte ich mein Zimmer in einer WG untervermieten. Das Zimmer hat einen großen Vorteil: ein eigenes Badezimmer. Insgesamt ist es ca. 12 m² groß, das Badezimmer nimmt ca. 3 m² ein. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, man hört also Autos und Straßenbahnen vorbeifahren, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hat mich das nicht gestört.

Since I will be moving in February, I would like to sublet my room in a shared apartment. The room has a great advantages: a private bathroom. In total it is about 12 m square, the bathroom takes up about 3 m square. The apartment is on the ground floor on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, so you can hear cars and trams driving by, but with the window closed , that didn't bother me.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Jena Ost. Eine Edeka und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Schlippenstraße sind nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Auch zur Saale ist es nicht weit, dort kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen oder im Sommer am Camsdorfer Ufer sitzen. Auch der Fuchsturm und Jenzig sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert.
The apartment is located in beautiful Jena Ost. An Edeka and the Schlippenstrasse tram stop are just a minute's walk away. It is also not far to the Saale, there you can take beautiful walks or sit on the Camsdorfer Ufer in summer. The Fuchsturm and Jenzig are also within easy walking distance and are definitely worth a trip.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit Tim und mir. Tim studiert Jura, wird aber wahrscheinlich in naher Zukunft umziehen. Ich arbeite an meiner Masterarbeit, mit der ich gerade angefangen habe. Insgesamt wird sich die Zusammensetzung der WG in nächster Zeit ändern und Sie können das neue WG-Leben mitgestalten.
You will be sharing the flat with Tim and me. Tim is studying law but will likely be moving in the near future. I am working on my master's thesis which I just started with. Overall, the composition of the flatshare will change in the near future and you can help shape the new flatshare life.
Im Keller des Hauses befindet sich eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine. Wir haben dort auch ein kleines Kellerabteil, um Dinge zu verstauen. Das Haus hat auch einen Hinterhof, wo Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.

There is a shared washing machine in the basement of the house. We also have a small cellar compartment there to store things. The house also has a backyard where bicycles can be parked.
