Hello!
I´m looking for a really nice roommate, because my current roommate is living the 1 of April because of her studies.
The room is really bright and it has 16m2, she will take the furniture with her when she moves out, so the room will be empty and free for you to furnish, the apartment is very comfortable and bright, we have a backyard and also a garage where you can store your bicycle if necessary, and we also have a basement, the apartment is located on the first floor of the building.
The kitchen is fully equipped the only thing we don't have is a dishwasher. The bathroom is very spacious, is equipped with bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment is located in Jena-Ost, is really easy to go the center (5 minutes by bike) and the tram station is just a 1 minute and the bus just a 3 minutes (walking), the surroundings are very beautiful because of the nature, nearby you can find a supermarket, and also really good restaurants. There is also a good sports offer around the corner with basketball court, table tennis and the Ostbad in 5 min walk.
Hey I'm Mayu (19) your new roommie, currently I'm learning german, after that I want do an Ausbildung. On my free time I like to play sports, and also I play instruments, hang out with friends. I'm open to have nice conversations, and do cool and fun activities, like cook together, drink a bear some time or go to a coffee shop. In summer we can do barbecue in the backyard , that would be really nice!
For me is important that my new roommie be kind and respectful and of course open-minded. Cleanliness and order is important for me and we can create a routine to maintain a good environment.
I don't mind if you are a smoker, but you can do it outside:)
