da ich aus der WG ausziehe ist mein Zimmer in der Neugasse in Jena zu vergeben.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 21 Quadratmeter groß und unmöbliert zu vergeben. Bei Bedarf würde ich aber meinen Schrank und meinen Schreibtisch für einen kleinen Abschlag im Zimmer lassen. Die Wohnung ist augestattet mit einem großen Bad, Küche und Balkon. Alles ist dabei voll ausgestattet und wir haben sogar eine Spülmaschine.
Unsere WG liegt super zentral in der Neugasse. Das bedeutet, dass in Jena von dort aus alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Zur Uni und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 5 min.
In der WG wohnen Louisa, Jule und Christopher. Louisa und Jule studieren beide und Christopher ist bereits seit einigen Jahren berufstätig. Die Küche nutzen wir alle gemeinsam, das Bad wirst du dir ausschließlich mit Jule und Louisa teilen, da Christopher sein eigenes hat. Außerdem haben wir einen großen Balkon auf dem im Sommer immer viel Zeit verbracht wurde.
