Da ich in der Nähe meines Arbeitsplatzes ausziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer in der 2-Personen-WG frei sein.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist hell und geräumig mit ca. 23 qm mit großem Fenster.
Das Zimmer hat Parkettboden, der es leicht zu reinigen macht und sieht modern aus. Internet ist auch in deinem Zimmer installiert, so dass du immer die schnellste Internetverbindung hast :)
Dein Zimmer hat eine gute Aussicht auf das Stadtzentrum. Obwohl es in der Innenstadt ist, ist es ĂĽberhaupt nicht laut, da das Fenster schalldicht ist.

Since I will be moving out to my own place near workplace, my room in 2-people WG will be free.
Your future room is bright and spacious with approx 23 qm with big window.
The room has parkett flooring which makes it easy to clean and looks modern. Internet is also installed in your room so you will always have the fastest internet connection.
Your room has good city center view. Even though it is in the city center, it is not noisy at all as the window is tight and soundproof well.
Die Lage ist super direkt in der Stadt mit weniger als einer Gehminute zum Bahnhof Jena Paradies, Jena Bus Terminal und Paradies Park. Es ist auch super nah an Edeka, orientalischen Markt, Bäckereien, einige gute Restaurants und Sparkasse mit weniger als einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Jena West ist in 13-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The location is super direct in the city with less than a minute to Jena Paradies Station, Jena Bus Terminal and Paradies Park. It is also super close to Edeka, oriental market, bakeries, some good restaurants and Sparkasse with less than a minute to reach by walking. Jena West Station is reachable by 13-15 minutes walking.
Du wĂĽrdest mit Lea (24) zusammenwohnen.
Lea studiert an der Ausbildung bei der Stadtverwaltung Jena, ist eine ruhigere Frau mit der man mal quatschen kann, die aber eher Zeit für sich verbringt. Sie ist insgesamt sehr tolerant. Wenn du Bedenken oder Fragen hast, kannst du sie immer fragen. Insgesamt ist sie super verständnisvoll. Wäre gut wenn du Deutsch in Konversationniveau sprechen kannst.
Das Thema putzen haben wir ĂĽber einen Putzplan geregelt, dabei wird jede Woche einmal alles geputzt, was recht schnell geht, weil die Wohnung nicht allzu groĂź ist.

You would live with Lea (24). She speaks German.
Lea is studying at the Jena City Administration, is a quiet girl with whom you can talk times, but who rather spends time for herself. She is overall very tolerant. If you have any concerns or questions, you can always ask her, and overall she is super understanding. Would be nice if you could speak German on conversational level.
We have regulated the topic of cleaning via a cleaning plan, whereby everything is cleaned once a week, which is quite fast because the apartment is not too big.
Die WG wird von der TK Hausverwaltung Jena geführt. Sie benötigt dein Personalausweis, Einkommennachweis, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung.
Idealerweise wird das Zimmer Anfang April frei sein, aber da meine zukünftige Wohnung mehrere Renovierungen durchläuft, besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ich Mitte April ausziehe. Über den Auszugstermin werde ich weiter informieren.
Die Miete von 407 € ist die warme Miete, zusätzlich zu Internet und Heizung 60 €, die du separat an Lea bezahlst.
Du musst auch zusätzlich 250 € für den Staubsauger und die Waschmaschine an mich bezahlen.
Bei Interesse schreib uns doch gern und erzähl kurz etwas über dich. Danach können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Wir freuen uns von Dir zu hören. :)

The WG is managed by the TK Hausverwaltung Jena and requires your identity information, proof of income and rental debt certificate.
Ideally the room will be free on early April, but since my future apartment will undergo several renovations there is a possibility of me moving out around mid April. I will inform further about the moving out date.
The rent of 407 € is the warm rent, in addition to internet and heating 60 €, which you pay separately to Lea.
You also have to pay an additional 250 € for the vacuum cleaner and the washing machine to me.
