Teilmöbliertes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und bietet viel Platz für deine Möbel. Einzig die Bambus-Echtholzmöbel und das weiße Regal möchte ich gerne als Set für 200 eur abtreten. Es ist zum Westen ausgerichtet und bekommt zum Nachmittag viel Sonne, daher habe ich gern auf der Fensterbank gesessen und gelesen.
Eine Wand ist grau gestrichen, die Tür in der Wand ist verschlossen und zum Zimmer eines Mitbewohners ausgerichtet. Da er in seinem
Zimmer eine Matratze im Türrahmen und einen Schrank davor hat, ist es gut isoliert.

Without furniture. Only the bamboo real wood furniture and the white shelf I would like to give as a set for 250 eur. The room is nice and big and offers a lot of space for your furniture. As it is the west side of the Building, it gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, so I loved sitting and reading on the windowsill.
One wall is painted gray and the door in the wall is locked and faces a roommate's room. His room has a mattress in the door frame and a cupboard in front of it, so you can’t hear so much noise from the other room.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Westbahnhof und ist daher sehr gut an Busse und Regionalbahnen angebunden. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch Restaurants. Zum Supermarkt (Edeka, Tegut, Rewe, Aldi) sind es 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß (im Stadtzentrum bzw. in Jena West). Der Paradiesbahnhof und -park ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Da die Wohnung im 3. Obergeschoss liegt, hat man von der Küche und dem Badezimmer aus eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Hügel im Hintergrund.

The apartment is located directly at Westbahnhof and is therefore very well connected to buses and regional trains. There are also restaurants nearby. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket (Edeka, Tegut, Rewe, Aldi - in the city center or in Jena West). The Jena Paradies train station and Paradiespark is a 10-minute walk away. Since the apartment is on the 3rd floor, you have a great view of the city and the hills in the background from the Kitchen and bathroom.

Ekin (32, Doktorandin an der Universität Jena), Lisa (28, angehende Psychologin) und Baha (40, Postdoc in Astrophysik) leben mit dir zusammen. Da jeder von uns berufstätig ist, möchten wir unter der Woche gerne eine ruhige WG haben.
Normalerweise treffen wir uns abends beim Kochen in der Küche. Wir haben eine positive Atmosphäre in der WG. Baha hat einen großen Bildschirm mit Netflix und Amazon Prime. Es ist möglich, Serien gemeinsam anzusehen :)
In unserer WG sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch miteinander.
Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit in der WG. Wir alle halten uns an den Reinigungsplan und bemühen uns, nach dem Abendessen usw. keine Unordnung zurückzulassen. Es würde uns freuen, wenn du ebenfalls auf Sauberkeit achten würdest.

Generally, we come across each other in the evenings while cooking in the kitchen. We have a positive atmosphere in the WG. Baha has a big screen, along with Netflix and Amazon Prime. It is possible to watch series together :)
In this WG, we mostly speak English with each other.
We emphasize cleaning in the WG. We all abide by the cleaning schedule and try not to leave a mess behind after dinner, etc. We would be happy if you were sensitive about cleanliness.
