Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem schönem Altbau und hat echten Holzboden. Die ganze Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert, hat zwei Badezimmer und ist in einem gutem Zustand. Außerdem sind die Zimmer durch die vielen Fenster von Licht durchflutet, welche einen schönen Ausblick auf Jena und die umliegenden Berge bieten.
Das Zimmer ist ca 14m² groß, einige der Möbel (Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bett) können gegen eine geringe Ablöse übernommen werden. Der Preis setzt sich zusammen aus 240€ Kaltmiete, 65€ Heizung und ca. 28€ Strom und Internet.

I’m looking for a subsequent tenant for my room. The room is in a beautiful old building and has real wooden floor. Also the whole flat got restored a few years ago, has two bathrooms and is in great condition. Moreover the windows flooden the room with daylight and feature great views of the city and the surrounding hills.
The room is about 14m² of size, parts of the furniture (desk, wardrobe, bed) can be purchased for a price. The overall costs consists of 240€ for rent, 65€ for heating and about 28€ for electricity and internet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist 2 min. vom Westbahnhof entfernt. Zur Uni und ins Stadtzentrum sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß, auch der Beutenberg-Campus ist von hier aus sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist eine absolute Studierendengegend und hat zudem viele nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The flat is right in the city centre and only a two minute walk from the Westbahnhof away. Furthermore it‘s in 10 min. walking distance from the University, the EAH and also from the Wagnergasse, which is the street where most restaurants and cafés are. You can find many young people living in this area but also you can find many supermarkets very close.
Du wirst mit 3 Leute in der WG wohnen; Lina (22) studiert Kunst in Erfurt, Paula (24) studiert Medizintechnik und Felix (22) studiert Physik. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt; da wir alle unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe und Routine haben, treffen wir uns vor allem abends in der Küche zum Quatschen und Essen. Wir haben alle verschiedene Interessen und Hobbies, Felix spielt Tischtennis und Geige, Lina ist aktiv in Wagner, ist allgemein gerne kreativ und spielt Gitarre, Paula singt in einem Chor und ist ein Riesenfan von aller Art von Spielen.
Uns ist ein nettes und ruhiges Zusammenleben wichtig, bei dem jede*r auch seine*ihre Ruhe finden kann.
Was uns noch wichtig ist: Wir wollen keine rassistischen, sexistischen, antisemitischen, LGBTIQ*-feindlichen, querdenkenden Einstellungen in unserem Zuhause.
You’ll be living with 3 flat mates; Lina (22) studies Arts in Erfurt, Paula (24) studies medical engineering and Felix (22) studies physics. Our WG-life is quite chill; as we all have different schedules and daily routines, we will mostly meet in the kitchen to chat and eat in the evening. We all have different interests and hobbies, Felix plays table tennis and the violin, Lina is active in Wagner, likes being creative in general and plays the guitar, and Paula sings in a choir and enjoys playing games.
A chill and friendly WG-life is important to us, so that everyone can also find their moments of peace.
What's important to us: We don't want any racist, sexist, antisemitic, LGBTIQ*-hostile attitudes in our flat.
