Hi :)
Ich (Martha) gehe ab August für ein Auslandssemester in die Niederlande und möchte deswegen mein Zimmer für die Zeit untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 min im Zentrum (und der Uni, zur FH sind es nur 5 min), zu Fuß in zehn. Es gibt eine gute Nahverkehrsanbindung (3 Haltestellen, alle 5 min zu Fuß), mehrere Einkaufsläden im 5 min Radius und einen Bäcker direkt vor der Haustür :)
Ich habe ein hübsches Zimmer mit ca. 9m², die Möbel könnte ich soweit drin lassen.
Außerdem haben wir ein Wohnzimmer (ca. 11m²) für gemütliche Spiele- & Filmabende oder um einfach so rumzusitzen.
Mein Mitbewohner Vincenzo ist super nett, wir essen oft zusammen, spielen Spiele oder gucken zusammen Filme.

Hi there:)
I (Martha) will study abroad in Delft for one semester and would like to rent out my room for the duration of my stay. The flat is located near the city center and the campus (5 min by bike, 10 by foot, the university of applied sciences is even closer). The next public transport can be reached in 5 min by foot, there's several supermarkets in the 5 min radius and a bakery just outside the door :)
I have a lovely room (around 9m²) to rent out, including furniture (see pictures).
We also have a living room (11m²) that can be used for games nights, watching movies or just sitting around.
My current flatmate, Vincenzo, is super nice. We often cook and eat together, play board or card games and watch movies.
