Hallo,
es geht um ein helles, sonniges Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Die gerade von mir bezogene 3-Raum Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und ab sofort mietbar. Bis auf das eine leere Zimmer ist die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet (u.a. sind EBK und Waschmaschine vorhanden) und wartet auf einen netten und zuverlässigen Mitbewohner.
Bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es nur wenige Minuten. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl) und man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten an der Thulb.
