Hallo.
Aufgrund eines Praxissemesters habe ich mein Wohnheimzimmer für 8 Monate zu vergeben.
Mein Zimmer möchte ich gern möbliert vermieten (u.a. Schrank, Regal, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch). Außerdem gibts eine sehr große Küche und sehr nette Mitbewohner
Das Wohheim ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß braucht man 5 min bis zur Philomensa und unter 10 min bis ins Stadtzentrum/ zum Campus. Mit dem Fahhrad schafft mans sogar in 3 min bis zum Stadtzentrum.
Außerdem gibts bei Bedarf eine hauseigene Waschmaschine und Fahrradkeller.
Und ihr habt von hier aus einen total fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt!
Das Zimmer kostet inklusive aller Nebenkosten 143€. Internet und eigener Parkplatz kosten jeweils nochmal 10€ Aufpreis.
