Da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei.
Die WG liegt absolut zentral, 2 min zum UHG und der Bibo, 7 min zum Campus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bus-/Bahnhaltestellen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und sehr hell. Darüber hinaus haben wir zusätzlich ein Wohnzimmer, was auch zum gemeinsamen Abendbrot und/oder Filmabend genutzt wird.Wir sind also keine Zweck-WG. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, d.h. alles was man so zum wohnen benötigt ist vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Küche, ...)Im Mietpreis sind Strom, Telefon- und Internetflatrate enthalten.
Falls hiermit dein Interesse geweckt wurde melde dich doch bitte per E-Mail oder SMS. Anrufe bitte erst ab 18 Uhr. Besichtigungen sind leider erst ab nächster Woche (17.8.2010) möglich, da dann erst alle Mitbewohner aus dem Urlaub zurück sind.
