Zentrumsnah gelegen am Westbahnhof (3min zum Bhf, 5min zur FH und 10min zur Uni)! Alternative (…) 4er WG, mit großem Wohnzimmer, in einem Altbau voller WG’s ! Geheizt wird mit Kohleofen im Keller! Du kriegst 20m², möbliert, und wahnsinnig nette Mitbewohner ;-) ! Fünfter Mitbewohner ist Hund Butch (mittelgroß, freundlich)! Internet und Waschmaschine sind inklusive!

Here it is!! From Sept. 15th until February (please ask, we are flexible with the time…)!
In the centre of the city (3min to the station, 5min to the FH, and 10min to university)!
Alternative flat share with 4 people, in an old building full with young people… And the rent is unbeatable cheap!
We heat with an oven in the cellar :-) You’ll get 20m², furnished and unbelievably neat flat mates (2 guys, 1 girl). We also have internet and a washing machine… In addition dog Butch is hanging out in the flat…

habitacion temporal - el cuarto mas barato en el centro
desde el 15 de septiembe hasta mediados de febrero 2011 ( sobre la fecha concreta se puede hablar).
Puedes tener un cuarto de 20m², amueblado y tres amables convecinos. El convecino numero cinco es el perro Butch (mediogrande y también muy amable). es una casa tres minutos de la estacion de trenes, cinco minutos a la FH, y diez a la UNI, el piso tambíen tiene sala. Es una casa un poco vieja asi que te debes dar cuenta que tenemos calefacción de carbón todavia ( hay que encenderla en el sótano).
El precio incluye también intenet (WLAN).
