Freundliches Zimmer in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe

Hallo zukünftige/r Mitbewohner/in!

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist eines von dreien in einer 65m² großen Wohnung im Stadtzentrum. Das Laminat wurde gerade erst neu verlegt und zusammen mit den hohen Wänden kommt der schöne Altbaucharakter bestens zur Geltung. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind aufgeschlossene Studentinnen in Jena und Weimar.
Du hast gute Anbindungen ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz und erreichst das UHG, Real, ALDI sowie die Shoppingmöglichkeiten der Innenstadt problemlos zu Fuß in maximal 10 Minuten.
Besichtigungstermine gibt es leider erst ab dem 4.4., ihr könnt zwar vorher kommen und euch das Zimmer mal angucken um zu entscheiden, ob es überhaupt etwas für euch wäre, da ich aber nicht einfach ohne die Zustimmung eurer potentiellen Mitbewohnerinnen bestimmen kann, wer das Zimmer bekommt, fände ich (oder wir) es gut, wenn man wenigstens alle WG Mitglieder kennenlernt. Ich hoffe dass ihr das versteht! :)
Was das Einzugsdatum angeht, so habe ich erst einen Möbeltransporter für das Wochenende 6./7./8. Mai, das heißt,wenn ihr unbedingt ein Zimmer ab dem 1.5. braucht, dann könnt ihr gerne bis dahin noch in "meinem" Zimmer wohnen,solange es euch nicht stört,dass die Möbel noch nicht raus sind. Wir haben einen Keller,wo ihr so lange (also eine Woche) eure Möbel lagern könntet. Ja es klingt kompliziert, aber alles ist machbar!

Hello future housemate!


Your future room is one of three in a 65 m² large apartment in the city centre. The laminate was just newly added and together with the high walls, the beautiful original character well comes into its own. Your housemates are open-minded students in Jena and Weimar.
You have good connections to the public transport network and reach the UHG, real, ALDI and the shops of the city centre easily on foot in no more than 10 minutes.
There is unfortunately only viewings from the 4.4., you can come before and have a short look to decide whether it would at all be something for you, because I cannot decide who moves in the room without your future housemates's agreement. I (or we) would like you to get to know all WG Members.I hope that you can understand that. :)
As regards the move-in date, so I only have a furniture transporter for the weekend of May 6/7/8, if you absolutely need a room from the 1.5., then you can live like previously in "my" room, as long as you don't mind that the furniture is still not out. We have a basement where you so long (so a week) could store your furniture. Yes it sounds complicated, but everything is possible!
