Ich gebe mein WG-Zimmer ab dem 1. Mai ab, da ich mit meinem Studium in Jena fertig bin. So wie es ausschaut, ziehen meine beiden Mitbewohner auch aus und du kannst dir ggf. eine neue Wg zusammenstellen...
Mein Teil der Wohnung besteht aus 2 einzelnen Zimmern (insgesamt 20 qm). Das eine Zimmer war bis jetzt ein Chill-und Schlafzimmer, das andere funktioniert wunderbar als "Arbeitszimmer" + Balkon (Südseite!). Sonne also garantiert! Meine beiden Zimmer sind hell und gemütlich und relativ groß. Schau dir einfach mal die Fotos an, wie es momentan aussieht. Ich würde dir beim Auszug meinen Schreibtisch, Sofa, Kommode und mein Wandregal gegen einen Aupreis überlassen, falls Interesse besteht. Die Sachen sind auf jeden Fall in gutem Zustand.
Die WG befindet sich ca. 7 min per Fahrrad vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet (Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd etc., inklusive Internet).
