Hallo wir suchen ersatz fuer unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin.
4 Raum Wohnung der Carl Zeiss WG ( in diesem Fall Wohnungsgenossenschaft ) in der Nähe des Saalbahnhofes.
Wir haben hier nen riesen Balkon, grün nach hinten raus, Lidl, Rewe und Aral um die Ecke, und 3min bis zur nächsten StraBa Haltestelle.
Als Vermieter ist so ne Wohnungsgenossenschaft sehr Stressfrei ( wir haben das durchaus strapaziert .... ).
Geraucht wird bei uns, der Konvention nach nur auf dem Balkon.
Es gibt einen Keller, ne neue Waschmaschine, entspannte Leute und ... ? schauts euch selbst an.
