Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein schönes 24 qm großes Zimmer in einer WG. Die Wohnung ist in der zweiten Etage, ziemlich zentral, direkt an der Bushaltestelle „Gustav-Fischer-Straße“. Gegenüber ist gleich der EDEKA. Es sind nur 5 min. zur FH, Zentrum nur 10 min.
Das Zimmer hat eine eigene Toilette. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Korridor, Badezimmer und Küche und wird mit 3 Mitbewohnern geteilt ( 2 Jungs, 1 Mädel). Sie sind super nett und man kann immer was mit ihnen unternehmen.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Möbel würde ich gerne verkaufen. Die Sachen sind noch alle neuwertig, meistens von IKEA. Es sind ein großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal, Gardinen. Im Korridor stehen noch ein Schrank, Schuhschrank und Garderobe. Für die Möbel hätte ich gern 500 €, Verhandlungsbasis.
Die Miete beträgt 320 € pro Monat, inklusive Internet, Heizung etc. ohne Strom.
