Das Zimmer ist 16m^2 groß und voll möbeliert.Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und wirkt dadurch sehr groß. SChreibtisch, Bett, großer Kleiderschrank, Glastisch, mehrer Regale etc.sind vorhanden. Sie sind aus Eiche und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der himmelblaue Teppich ist erst frisch eingelegt. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man auch mal seine Ruhe hat.
Das Haus liegt in der nähe vom Paradiesbahnhof, jedoch hört man keine Züge. Der Paradiespark und das Stadion sind gleich um die Ecke. Es liegt nichr direkt in der Innenstadt, aber man ist in 7 min am Hauptcampus.
Die WG ist eine 4er WG. Sie besteht aus Karo (21),Sven (24) , mir(Antonia 21) und vielleicht bald noch aus dir ;) Wir unternehmen gerne mal etwas zusammen, aber jedem wird auch seine Privatsphäre gelassen. Gemeinsames kochen, einkaufen, feiern gehen oder auch einfach nur mal für den anderen da sein, ist uns wichtig.
Wir haben eine Putzfrau, die die öffentlichen Räume wie Küche, Flur, Keller und die 3 Bäder reinigt. Die Kosten sind aber in den Nebenkosten schon enthalten.
