Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Wir suchen eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für ein etwa 17m² großes helles Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist hell, quadratisch im Schnitt mit Sonne von morgends bis mittags.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 230 € inklusive Nebenkosten (Inet, Telefon, Stadtwerke, KabelTv)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im
3.OG und hat insgesamt 3 WG-Zimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine...) In der WG gibt es außerdem ein Bad mit Fenster (Dusche,leider keine Wanne)
Solltest du Interesse haben, ruf einfach an. Dann können wir einen Termin für eine Besichtigung vereinbaren.
Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral, zu Fuss sind es zur Uni etwa 12 min und zur FH 5 Gehminuten. Die Bushaltestelle Gustav-Fischer-Str liegt aber auch um die Ecke, bis in die Stadt sind es 2 Stationen. Ebenso gibt es in der Nähe ein netto, ein nah&gut, einen Getränkemarkt und einen Tante Emma- laden sowie eine Pizzeria.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Christian und Jörn. Bei uns ist es eher ruhig, aber nicht unbedingt langweilig ;)
