Wir (26 und 33, ♀ und ♂) suchen ab 01.04.2012 einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und unmöbliert.
Die Miete (inkl. aller NK) beträgt 222 EUR, darin enthalten sind neben Strom und Wasser auch Telefon und eine Internetflatrate inkl. WLAN.
Eine Kaution wird nicht fällig.
Zur Uni sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß (Jahnstr.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es um die Ecke. Fahrradkeller, Wa-ma sowie eine vollausgestattete Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine!!) sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Garten, der zum Grillen, Wäsche aufhängen und in der Sonne sitzen mit benutzt werden kann.
Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür.
Klingt ideal, oder?
Du solltest dich auf einen Gitarre spielenden Mitbewohner einstellen, vllt. machst du selbst Musik?
