in unserer 3er WG wird zum 01.09.2012 ein Zimmer frei, es ist 11qm groß und im Preis von 210€ ist der Anteil an Kaltmiete, Internet/Telefon, Strom und Gas bereits enthalten, also eben komplett. Unsere Wohnung besitzt einen Balkon, Abstellraum unterm Dach und ein Kellerabteil. Küche ist ausgestattet. Eigentlich brauchst du nur dich und ein paar Sachen mitbringen, der Rest ist schon da, inkl. zwei sehr netten, gut gelaunten Mitbewohnern. In unserer WG geht es sehr familär zu, da wir uns schon ein gewisse Zeit kennen. Du solltest darauf eingestellt sein, dass wir viel zusammen machen. Das reicht von Koch- und Spieleabenden bis hin zum Abend im Club. Wenn du also keine reine Zweck-WG suchst und eine genauso entspannte Persönlichkeit wie wir bist, dann melde dich.
Die WG ist vom Stadtzentrum ca. 10min entfernt, zur Ernst-Abbe-Fachhochschule braucht man vllt. 5min, Netto und Edeka als Einkaufsmöglichkeit dirket um die Ecke, Bäcker, Fleischer, Gemüsehändler ebenso.
