Wenn du einen sympathischen Mitbewohner (23) möchtest, gerne
abends zusammen ein Gespräch mit Kochen oder einem Bier
verbindest und für viel Gelächter zu haben bist, dann bist
du der/die richtige!
Das Zimmer ist hell und verfügt über 10 m² voll nutzbare Fläche. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und hat ein freundliches, geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Die große Küche ist mit Arbeitsflächen und Herd ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne (mit Duschvorhang) sind genauso vorhanden wie Festnetztelefon und DSL 6000.
Neben einem parkähnlichen Innenhof mit großer Linde in der Mitte besticht die Lage: Sowohl die Straßenbahn als auch der Bus verkehren im 10-Minutentakt direkt vor der Haustür. Rewe, Lidl, eine 24-Stunden Tankstelle, die Sparkasse und der Saalbahnhof sind in einem Halbkreis von wenigen Gehminuten
um die Wohnung verteilt.
Der Einzug ist auch ab sofort möglich.
