Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
Ich (Johanna) mache ein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt und gebe daher mein Zimmer in meiner tollen WG für 6 Monate her. Mein Zimmer ist 13qm, mit Hochbett, darunter eine Sitzecke, ein Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und einen Wandtrenner. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 70qm, mit kleinem Bad, relativ großer Küche und kleinem Balkon.
In der Küche steht unsere Waschmaschine, natürlich auch ein Herd, Mikrowelle und alles, was eine Küche so haben muss :)
Die Lage ist zentral gut gelegen, der Campus ist in 13 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, es fährt aber direkt gegenüber eine Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Nordschule), die 7 Minuten bis zum Löbdergraben fährt. Zum Einkaufen ist der LIDL gleich um die Ecke und auch Real und REWE sind nicht weit.
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Meine Mitbewohner sind super offen, gut gelaunt und sehr lieb. Wir kochen öfter zusammen und gehen auch gern zusammen feiern :) Also ein sehr harmonisches WG Leben :)
Am Besten, ihr überzeugt euch selbst und macht euch mit mir und meinen Mitbewohnern einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
