HI leute,
die Angaben oben sind von meinem Zimmer. Allerdings ist das nicht genau das was vermietet wird. Und zwar fahre ich den ganzen August in den Urlaub und meine Mitbewohnerin zieht zum 1. Spetember aus. Da habe ich mir überlegt das einer mein Zimemr für den Monat als Zwischenmiete übernimmt und danach gleich im September das Zimemr meiner Mitbewohnerin übernehmen kann. Dient dem zweck natürlich für diesen Monat mir die Miete und die Nebenkosten einzusparen.
Angaben zum eigentlichen Zimmer:
Größe: 20 m²
Mite mit NK und sonstigen kosten: ca.250 €
Bei interesse einfach Anschreiben.
