Hallo ihr lieben Suchenden,
da meine Mitbewohnerin ihr Studium beendet hat und nun leider auszieht, suche ich (26) jemanden für unsere Zweier-WG in der Lutherstraße.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und hat zwei gleichgroße 16qm Zimmer, eine große Küche mit Balkon und ein auch ziemlich großes Bad mit Wanne. Ne Abstellekammer und nen Keller gibts auch. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist im Moment teilweise in grün und rot gestrichen (siehe Fotos), sollte am besten auch so bleiben, aber ist kein absolutes Muss. Einige Möbel könnten auch übernommen werden, Details dazu kann man dann ja besprechen zusammen.
Um dir einen Eindruck zu machen von der Wohnung und von mir...komm doch am besten einfach mal vorbei! Damit das möglich ist, ruft einfach an oder schreib mir einfach ne SMS/ Mail, wann du vorbeikommen kannst und wir machen uns was aus.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5-7 min vom Unicampus und der Goethegalerie entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 14) gibts aber auch nen Katzensprung entfernt. Außerdem ist gegenüber gleich ein Waschsalon...falls die Waschmaschine mal rumbockt ;). Eine Tankstelle, Norma und Joeys Pizza sind in max. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Besichtigen und mich/uns kennenlernen könnt ihr ab 3. April.
Der genaue Auszugstag steht noch nicht fest, kann auch miteinander abgesprochen werden. Geplant ist auf jeden Fall, zum 1. Mai spätestens "weg" zu sein ;).
