Da ich bald aus meiner jetzigen WG ausziehe, suche ich eine nette Nachmieterin oder einen netten Nachmieter!
Das Zimmer hat ein eingebautes Hochbett, spart also viel Platz!
Der Schreibtisch, ein Regal, das perfekt unter das Hochbett passt und eine Jalousie, ebenso das Hochbett würden im Zimmer, gegen ein kleines "Ablösegeld" bleiben.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Mandy und Hendrik!
Das WG- Leben ist unkompliziert und stressfrei :)
Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, von Waschmaschine bis Kochtöpfen ist alles da!
Der Preis, 1977 € ist die Warmmiete, darin enthalten sind Internet, Strom und Heizung!
Das Damenviertel liegt sehr zentral und ist wohl das schönste Viertel der Stadt :)
Alles ist super nah und gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sei es die Bahn, Busse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder die Uni!
