Da meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin bald auszieht, suche Ich einen neuen Besitzer für das 2. Zimmer unserer WG. Es ist 20qm groß, lichtdurchflutet und erlaubt einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Saale. Nebst Schlafzimmer besitzt die Wohnung ein sehr großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne, sowie eine große Küche, die bereits vollausgestattet ist und mit einer Geschirrspülmaschine auftrumpfen kann.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Damenviertels gelegen. Ein Bus hält direkt vor der Haustür. Zur Haltestelle "Spittelplatz" sind es nicht mal von 5 Minuten. Von dort kommt man in ca. 5min ins Stadtzentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zudem mehrere große Supermärkte, eine Tankstelle, eine Apotheke und ein Ärztehaus.
Ich studiere im 5. Semester an der FSU Jena und bin zwecks Studium und Arbeit viel unterwegs. Trotzdem suche Ich eher keine Zweck WG, da es doch ganz schön ist, abends auch mal zusammen zu sitzen.
