Hallo!
Ich muss leider einen Nachmieter für mein schönes, 12 qm großes Zimmer in der Lutherstr. 60 suchen. Das Zimmer ist hell, hat ein großes Fenster und ein paar Holzbalken an der Wand.
Es ist nicht das größte Zimmer, aber auf jedenfall ausreichend! :) Wir haben eine 6000er DSLLeitung und ein Festnetztelefon.
Die Lage ist super. Zum Campus sind es ca 7 Minuten und Norma, Apotheke und Bank sind in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke.
Man kann in der Lutherstraße parken und besonders am Jahnplatz und in der Jahnstraße. Dort findet man eigentlich immer einen Platz.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wäre Julian (23) und Marc (23), zwei Hamburger Jungs. Julian studiert Jura im bald 7. Semster und Marc Politik bald im 5. Das WG-Leben ist super, wir sind keine Zweck-WG! Gemeinsam Fußball schauen (Wir haben SkyBundesliga), kochen und gelegentlich auch feiern ist so das Programm.
Und im Sommer kann man bei uns super im Garten grillen!
Aber man kann trotzdem seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben ;-)
Die beiden sind zwei absolute Lebensmänner!
