Lust auf ein helles, großes Zimmer in einer ruhigen Wohnung 7 min zu Fuß von der Uni Hauptgebäude? :)
Aufgrund meines Auslandssemesters vermiete ich mein Zimmer in Studentenwohnheim Spitzweidenweg 11 von 11.09.2012 bis 28.03.2013 inkl.
Das Zimmer ist 18 m2 groß und ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Preis beträgt 230 Euro warm und beinhaltet alle Kosten.
Die Lage ist perfekt! Neben an gibt’s mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bibliothek, die Uni Hauptgebäude sind in 7 Min. und das Uni Campus ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Buslinie 15 sowie die Straßenbahn 1,4 und 34 Haltestellen sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In der Wohnung neben Dir werden noch fünf anderen Studenten wohnen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig und komfortabel genug. Es gibt eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und 2 Bäder (WC und Dusche) die von den Bewohnern benutzt werden. Im Keller gibt's Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
