Das gesamte Haus ist erst vier Jahre alt und deswegen ist das Zimmer auch so gut wie neu. Es hat einen guten Schnitt und große Fenster, dadurch ist es schön hell.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. In ca. 50m liegt die Bushaltestelle Gustav-Fischer-Straße, sowie ein Edeka. In etwa 10-15 min zu Fuß erreicht man den Westbahnhof, die FH oder das Stadtzentrum.
Ein Spieleabend, ein gemeinsames Bierchen und zusammen Kochen, so sieht unser WG-Leben aus. Entspannt, familiär und locker. Wir haben zwei Bennies, der eine studiert Soziologie, der andere Biochemie, genau wie Markus.
Ich würde mein Bett, ein Billy Regal und Gardinen im Zimmer lassen, d.h. man könnte diese Sachen übernehmen oder ich lager sie im Keller. Wie erwähnt ist also ein Keller vorhanden, sowie Waschmaschinen, eine Tiefgarage und ein Fahrradkeller.
Außerdem haben wir zwei seperate Bäder, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne und eine große Küche.
