Hallo,
da meine beiden Mitbewohner aufgrund ihres Studienabschlusses ausziehen, suche ich zwei nette neue Mitbewohner(innen), ab 1.4 2014 jewils für ein 13m2 großes Zimmer und ein 14m2 Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat über 90m², eine große und neue Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Bad ist ebenso sehr groß und hell. Zudem ist ein Gäste-WC vorhanden.
Dein Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf den Jentower. Fahrradstellplatz befindet sich im Hausflur. Ein Mini-Garten ist am Haus, außerdem ist der Paradiespark gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, mitten im Stadtzentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Uni und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus und in den Nebenstraßen vorhanden, ansonsten parkt man am besten am Sportforum.
Ich bin humorvoll und umgänglich. In unseren großen Küche kann man super zusammensitzen und quatschen oder gemeinsam kochen. Da ich gerade im Examenstress bin, sind mir gelegentliche Ablenkungen auch sehr willkommen.;) Ich freue mich auf eine Nachricht von dir.
Leider sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt.
