Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten, im Sommer schön kühl, im Winter recht warm.
Es gibt eine schöne, große Küche mit neuem Kühlschrank (inklusive Gefrierfach) und zwei WCs.
Ein Highlight ist die extrem schnelle und günstige Internetverbindung.
Es fallen keine Nebenkosten für Strom, Wasser, etc. an, was den Preis so gut wie unschlagbar macht.
Im Keller findet man außerdem Waschmaschinen und sogar einen Trockner.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum und in 2 Minuten bei der Philo-Mensa.
Die Gegend ist wunderschön, u.a. sehr nah am Landgrafenstieg, der eine tolle Aussicht auf Jena bietet.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juli zu haben. Für Besichtigungstermine schreibt mir eine Mail, SMS, oder ruft mich einfach zwischen 14 und 18 Uhr an.
