Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und ist Bestandteil einer 3er Wg. Die Wohnung ist allgemein in einem renovierten und frischen Zustand, da sie erst vor kurzem bezogen worden ist.
Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kabel sowie Internetanschluss. Durch das große Fenster wirken die 16m² sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Ausserdem besteht die Möglichkeit diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände zu übernehmen. Dies ist jedoch nur optional.
Die Wohnung befindet sich keine 10 Gehminuten von dem Campus der FH-Jena entfernt. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit bietet sich der nah gelegene Netto neben der FH an. Die nächstgelegen Bushaltestelle befindet sich 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Bus benötigt man lediglich 8min ins Stadtzentrum. Der Bus fährt alle ca.8-10min. Außerdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen.
Das Wg-Leben ist äußerst harmonisch. Die Mitbewohner 24 und 26 sind für gemeinschaftliche Unternehmungen stehts offen. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon oder in den Zimmern gestattet.
