Hallo,
das Zimmer ist rund 15qm groß,großzügig geschnitten, hell und mit einer ungefähr 2m mal 2m großen Bettnische.
Momentan ist es möbliert mit einem Bett, einer Schrankwand, einem Schreibtisch, einen Sessel,einer Komode und einen kleinen Tisch. Die Möbel können, müssen aber nicht übernommen werden, je nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 2. Etage, über einem kleinen Spielzeuggeschäft und einer Fahrschule, inmitten einer Fußgängerzone.
Ich persönlich finde die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, die nächste Haltestelle ist keine 3min von der Haustür entfernt,
Supermarkt,Obst- und Gemüsehändler, Kiosk, Bäcker(welcher praktischerweise Mo-So offen hat) usw. sind zu Fuß in weniger als einer Minute erreichbar.
Aber auch das Uni- Hauptgebäude und die ThUlB sind gleich um die Ecke.
Erwähnenswert wäre noch das die Küche sehr niedlich ist und jede Menge organisatorisches Talent verlangt, wenn man mehr als Nudel und Tomatensoße kochen möchte.
