Das erste Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist 18qm groß und könnte als Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich genutzt werden. Das zweite Zimmer ist 12qm groß und würde dann als Schlafzimmer dienen.
Die beiden Zimmer sind nur für eine Person oder ein Pärchen geeignet.
Es handelt sich um eine 80qm große 3 Raum Maisonette Wohnung, wobei Dir dann zwei Zimmer gehören würden.
In der gesamten Wohnung ist Laminat verlegt und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Landgrafen.

Einbauküche mit Kühl-Gefrierkombi und Herd

Die Wohnung ist zentrumsnah, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen im schönen Westen von Jena.

Zum Ernst Abbe Platz brauch man zu Fuß ca. 10min.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2min entfernt.

Ich bin 24 und studiere Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren viel WG-Erfahrung gesammelt. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG. Es wäre schön wenn man öfters mal etwas unternimmt, zusammen kocht und trotzdem die Freiräume des anderen respektiert. Mir ist regelmäßiges putzen wichtig.
Bei all den Formalitäten, sollte nicht vergessen werden, dass man als Student auch mal ordentlich Party machen muss ;)
Der endgültige Mietpreis hängt davon ab, ob ein Pärchen oder jemand alleine einzieht.
