Hallo liebe wg suchende, zum 01.11.2013 wird mein schönes helles WG Zimmer in der Kahlaischen Straße frei. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, dadurch ist es sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Die 20 qm sind perfekt geschnitten, so dass du alle deine Sachen locker unterbringen kannst. Die Decken sind sehr hoch und es sind ausreichen Steckdosen für TV, Laptop etc vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Der Paradiespark ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und zum Schleichersee hast du es auch nicht weit. In 10-15 Minuten erreichst du die Innenstadt, du kannst natürlich auch die Straßenbahn nehmen wenn es schneller gehen soll. Die Haltestelle Mühlenstraße ist in einer Minute erreicht.
Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin zieht auch aus und hat schon eine Nachmieterin gefunden. Du würdest also mit Lena zusammen wohnen, eine junge Studentin die sehr nett und offen zu sein scheint :)
Im ganzen Haus wohnen Student/ junge Leute. Unser Vermieter möchte dies auch beibehalten, also wäre es am Besten wenn du auch studierst.
