Gelegen ist die Wohnung an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, direkt neben einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Daher sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 20 min in die Innenstadt.
Über das sich direkt anschließende Saalepark-Wegenetz kommt man mit dem Rad schnell in die Innenstadt.
