Hallo,
wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter oder auch Zwei für unsere Wohnung. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, ist in einer Seitengasse im Zentrum und deshalb zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. Bett und Schrank wären schon vorhanden im Zimmer 1, bei zwei Nachmieter müsste ein Bett etc mitgebracht werden oder das Sofa, welches auch da wäre, wird ausgeklappt. Wir haben alles in der Nähe, vom Bäcker bis zum Fleischer und Supermarkt, alles gleich nebenan. Zum UHG sind es 1Minuten Laufzeit.
Ihr könnt Küche, Bad, alles benutzen, es gibt Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Dusche, Abstellraum. Alles da.
Meine Mitbewohnerin bleibt drin, sie studiert Pharmazie, ist cool drauf und eine sehr tolerante, gelassene Person. Mit ihr kommt ihr bestimmt super klar.
Von Januar bis Ende März/Anfang April brauchen wir Zwischenmieter, meldet euch einfach bei uns falls ihr noch Fragen habt oder einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen wollt.
