Das Zimmer ist 11qm groß und befindet sich in einer 90qm großen Wohnung im 4OG in der Fischergasse in Jena. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, das von allen genutzt werden kann. Küche ist voll eingerichtet (Herd, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank). Bad ist mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist bis jetzt möbliert kann aber natürlich auch ohne Möbel gemietet werden. Ich zahle bis jetzt 225 Euro für das Zimmer. Da sind alle Kosten (Telefon,Internet, Wasser, Strom usw.) inklusive.
die WG ist direkt im Zentrum von Jena. Bis zu Bus und Bahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten (4Minuten). Bis zum Campus sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, bis zum Unihauptgebäude etwa 5 Minuten Laufzeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Da sich die Wohnung im Zentrum von Jena befindet, könnte ich natürlich noch mehr nahe liegende Infos geben oder ihr Überzeugt euch einfach selbst :-)
Bis dato wohnen 3 Mädels in der WG aber es kann natürlich auch ein männlicher Mitbewohner meinen WG-Platz einnehmen.
