Hallo ihr Lieben!
von Anfang September bis Mitte Oktober ist mein wunderschönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete zu haben. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten, hell und möbliert. Die Miete beträgt 275 Euro pro Monat (auch Internet und Telefon inklusive).

The room is available from 2.09.17 till 15.10.17. The room is bright, nice and big (19m2) and is located close to the city centre and university. There are many shopping facilities close to our house (Nah und Gut, Netto and a bakery). The room is fully furnished. My flatmates are friendly and open-minded people who like to meet up in the kitchen. But if you want to study or if you just need some time to yourself, that´s no problem at all. We look forward to meeting you :)
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß bist du in 15 min am Campus und damit auch im Stadtzentrum. Auch zum Paradies- und Westbahnhof, sowie zur FH ist es nicht weit. Edeka, Netto, eine Bäckerei und eine Bushaltestelle findest du gleich um die Ecke. Und für alle Naturliebhaber*innen: Im Grünen ist man auch ganz schnell :)
In der WG wohne ich mit Leopold und Jana (beide studieren) zusammen. Im August wird ein*e weitere*r neue Mitbewohner*in einziehen. Sie sind sehr offen und freundlich. Wenn du aber mal Ruhe brauchst, kannst du natürlich jederzeit die Zimmertür hinter dir zumachen.
Komm einfach vorbei und lern uns kennen (skypen geht natürlich auch)!
