Liebe Studierende,
ich werde im kommenden Juli meine Wohnung verlassen, da ich mein Studium abgeschlossen habe. Daher kannst du ab August eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim haben (Carl-Zeiss-Promenade 8 (bei der FH), fünfter Stock). Die Wohnung hat zwei Räume, inklusive meines Zimmers. Mein 13-qm großes Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert (d.h. Tisch, Stühle, Bett, Bücherregal und Kleiderschrank sind schon da). Vom Zimmer aus hast du einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Bettbezüge und Küchenutensilien kannst du kostenlos ausleihen. Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit einem Mitbewohner, der fließend Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Er wird allerdings erst im Oktober, zu Beginn des Studiums, wieder in Jena sein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Du brauchst weniger als 3 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus bist du binnen 3 Minuten beim Bahnhof und binnen 6 Minuten in der Innenstadt. 4 Buslinien stehen euch dafür zur Verfügung. Wenn ihr zu Fuß geht dauert es 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Einen Supermarkt (Netto-Discount), ein Fitnessstudio und die Cafeteria/Mensa sind weniger als 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung kostet im Monat 201 Euro warm. Internet würde monatlich zusätzlich 10 Euro kosten. Im August und September beträgt die Miete 199 Euro.

Dear students,
I’ll leave my flat in the end of July because I finish my studies. Therefore you can rent a flat in Jena, Carl-Zeiss-Promenade 8 (near FH), 5th floor. There are 2 rooms (including mine) in the flat. The room is 13 qm, there are 2 chair, one desk, one bed, one bookshelf, one clothes-shelf. There is a nice green view from window. The kitchen-stuff and bed-stuff are avaible for free. You share the kitchen and the bathroom with another student. He speaks German and English. He won’t be in Jena in August and September. It takes less than 3 minutes from the flat to bus station. From there you can ride within 7 minutes to the city center. There are 4 bus lines. Walking by feet takes up to 15 minutes to city center. A Netto-Discount (a supermarket), a Fitness and a Cafeteria/Mensa are less than 200 m away from the flat.
This wonderful flat costs 201 euro per month. Internet costs additional 10 Euros. For August and September, the fee is 199 euro.
