Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
da mein Freund und ich für einen Monat verreisen, suchen wir einen Zwischenmieter für unsere Wohnung.
Sie ist 57qm groß, hell, liegt am Magdelstieg und ihr braucht mit dem Fahrrad/Bus nur 5Minuten bis ins Zentrum, zu Fuß sind es ca. 10min.
Edeka erreicht ihr in 2min (zu Fuß) und Netto in 5min.
Vermieten würden wir das Gästezimmer (+Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur).
Ab Ende August wären wir wieder da und du könntest noch ein bisschen Wg-Leben genießen.
Euer Zimmer ist 10qm groß und ihr könnt natürlich das 16qm große Wohnzimmer mit nutzen :)
Internet gibt es natürlich auch ;)
