Ich untervermiete ein vollmöbliertes, sauberes, ruhiges 11m^2 Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schränke) mit Blick auf den Friedensberg in einer vollmöblierten 3-Raumwohnung (2er WG). Das Zimmer ist einer verkehrsarmen Nebenstraße (Am Birnstiel) zugewandt.
Gemeinsam nutzen wir eine Wohnstube, eine große Küche (inkl. Küchenutensilien, Geschirrspüler, Sitzecke) und ein Bad (Dusche und Waschmaschine). Zusätzlich ist noch ein Dachboden zum Wäschetrocknen und ein Fahrradkeller im Haus vorhanden.
Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut:
- 10 min zu Fuß zum Ernst-Abbe-Platz
- 5 min zur FH
- 5 min Westbahnhof
- 5 min Friedensberg
- Lebensmittelmärkte um die Ecke
Ich bin 29 und Promovend am Institut für Sportwissenschaften. Ich habe ca. 12 Jahre WG Erfahrung, lebe finanziell sparsam und ordentlich.
