Hallo Wg-Suchende,
im Angebot steht ein überragend tolles frisch gestrichenes (bei Übergabe ;)) 16 m² Zimmer in unmittelbarer Zentrumsnähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei voll ausgestattete Bäder mit neuer Waschmachine und Wäscheständer und einer Küche mit Sofa zum chilln.
WLan ist vorhanden und der DVB-T-Empfang ist sehr gut, nur Freunde von Privatfernsehen werden enttäuscht, doch man munkelt es wird auch mal gemeinsam Bauer sucht Frau gestreamt…
Als wäre das nicht schon genug, gibt es noch Clara (BWL), Miri (Lehramt), Philipp (WiWi) und Tom (Lehramt) als aufgeschlossene liebe Mitbewohner obendrauf.
Lage:
Zum Westbahnhof sind es nur 5 Minuten, zur Haltestelle Westbahnhofstraße nur 3 Minuten. Ein kleiner Spar, Nah und Gut, Optiker, Apotheke sowie mehrere Friseure sind allesamt in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Zur FH sind es zwei Bushaltestellen bzw. eine zum Unicampus oder je 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
